From local legends to international stars, the WD3x3 is where skill meets the spotlight. Powered by community, culture, and high-stakes competition, our annual event brings together the best ballers from across the globe to compete for BIG cash, clout, and the crown. We’ve grown from humble beginnings into one of the most talked-about 3×3 tournaments in Canada and we’re just getting started.

The WD3x3 hosts Men’s, Women’s, and Gaming divisions at TB McQuesten Park, Hamilton (1199 Upper Wentworth St.) with a $50,000 prize pool. Featured on AfroGlobal TV and OMNI 1, including live music, esports, global teams and more all building on a legacy of high-stakes, culture-powered competition.

Rules & Format
WD3x3 Basketball
Our 3×3 streetball format brings out the best in hoopers from every corner and pure skill. Games are played under FIBA 3×3 rules with a GameBreakers twist intense energy, loud crowds, and big prizes on the line.
Format:
- 3 players on the court, 1 sub per team
- Games are played on a half-court with one basket
- First team to 21 points or highest score after 10 minutes wins
- 12-second shot clock
- 1 point for shots inside the arc, 2 points outside the arc
Possession:
- Coin toss decides opening possession
- After every made basket, the ball changes possession
- After defensive rebounds or steals, teams must clear the ball behind the arc before scoring
Fouls:
- Team fouls 1–6: common fouls (opponent gets ball back)
- 7–9 team fouls: 2 free throws
- 10+ team fouls: 2 free throws + possession
No coaching allowed during games. Trash talk is expected — respect is required.
